Overview
The story begins with a man (Chigusa Senrou) who tries to kill the prince of the Amato Empire and fails. He is pushed into distortion in space and falls into the real world. Rakan, a self-made high school student, came home from school one day to find Chigusa lying unconscious in his garden, carrying a wooden gun. Chigusa awakens, and tries to kill Rakan, considers him a prince, only to be stopped when Rakan unconsciously turns the rifle into a tree. Chigusa recognizes him as "Sanome" and decides to protect him to then bring to the Amato Empire to defeat the prince. After this first encounter, Narushige and then Touji also brought to the real world through a portal between the Real World and the Alternative World, the Amato Empire and became a loyal friend to Rakan and Chigusa. When Rakan learns about the state of Amato's Empire and meets the so-called 'prince', he forces Chigusa to let him come and help stop their world from being destroyed. Rakan vowed to return the alternative world to green again and stop the 'prince'.

A Sanome or sand shoot is someone who has the ability to grow a plant just by touching the seed or the plant itself. Their own presence causes plant growth to increase, but when they touch any plant, their growth increases dramatically and funny. A misdinar for all plants.
