Ocean Diamond is a yacht operated by Quark Expedition. She was previously named Song of Flower , Explorer Starship and Le Diamant .
At the end of 2011, Compagnie du Ponant sold vessels to investors who transferred ships to Quark Expeditions. Quark has been operating the ship as Ocean Diamond since November 2012.

Facilities
Ocean Diamond has one restaurant. Other features on board include Massage & amp; The Health Program, which includes yoga classes, massage treatments and aromatherapy treatments, Polar library, bar and lecture theater. All cabins on board have exterior views.
In addition to his lifeboat, Ocean Diamond can bring tender in the valley at the stern.

Expert in Residence Program
Ocean Diamond features an Expert in Residence program, which will allow scientists, polar researchers, historians and other experts to undertake field work from ships. Experts include Jonathan Shackleton, Falcon Scott, and Sue Flood. Passengers are allowed to assist experts in their work.
